How am I doing now? Every time Nancy asks me that the answer is the same – I keep getting better! I’ve always been a picky eater, even more so over time as my food sensitivities got worse. Nancy suggested adding protein smoothies with fruits and veggies as a way to easily increase the quantity and variety of nutrient dense raw foods in my diet. I was afraid to eat many of them and we were going to try to add digestive enzymes.
