For about 3 years I went on with life, dealing with being tired and feeling sick all the time. Four weeks into my program my family began mentioning that I looked really good, brighter, happier - I felt better too, I felt rested, I didn't feel sick, and I had lost a few pounds. I've lost about 37 pounds and I haven't dieted at all. Learning what my body hates changed my life!
I’m not sure exactly when I started feeling bad, I think it was a slow decline. Four years ago I graduated from college, moved to a new city, started a new job, basically – I started being “an adult”.
