Optimal Health Solutions LLC is a cash pay office and does not accept insurance. Payment is required when scheduling your online appointment using Visa, MC or American Express. Specialty testing is often partly covered by insurance through the individual labs. Some functional lab testing companies offer reduced fee and insurance billing options. We will be happy to discuss these options in more detail when we meet.
